1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Yatırım Radar (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Yatırım Radar provides financial content aggregation and analysis tools. We curate and analyze investment-related content from various public sources, including YouTube channels and other financial media.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Subscription and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or third parties) are and will remain the exclusive property of Yatırım Radar. Our Service may contain links to third-party content, which is owned by the respective content creators.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Yatırım Radar, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded the Service from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• a. Acknowledgement: This Agreement is between You and Yatırım Radar only, not Apple. Yatırım Radar, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• b. Scope of License: The license granted to You is a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that You own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• c. Maintenance and Support: Yatırım Radar, not Apple, is responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services.
• d. Warranty: Yatırım Radar is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, You may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any); and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
• e. Product Claims: You and Yatırım Radar acknowledge that Yatırım Radar, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of Yours or any third party relating to the App or Your possession and/or use of that App, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
• f. Intellectual Property Rights: You and Yatırım Radar acknowledge that, in the event of any third party claim that the App or Your possession and use of that App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Yatırım Radar, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
• g. Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• h. Third Party Terms of Agreement: You must comply with applicable third party terms of agreement when using the App (e.g., your wireless data service agreement).
• i. Third Party Beneficiary: You and Yatırım Radar acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon Your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against You as a third party beneficiary thereof.
